Our Mission:  Provide leadership in building local collaborations for sustainable community and resource development that will improve the quality of life for residents of north-central Idaho.

The Clearwater Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D) Council, Inc. is a non-profit organization established and run by volunteer elected and civic leaders who plan and carry out projects for resource conservation and community development in Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, and Nez Perce counties.  These volunteers represent counties, towns, the Nez Perce Tribe, conservation districts, grassroots organizations, economic development organizations, and the community at large.  The office is located in Moscow, Idaho.

 Council Meetings are held monthly on the 4th Thursday of the month.

Location:  Nez Perce County Courthouse, Brammer Building; 1225 Idaho Street, Lewiston, Idaho.

1:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
